These Membership Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with HōM Healing Center ("HōM," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or participating in a membership, class, event, or service offered by HōM Healing Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

HōM Healing Center offers community-based memberships that may include access to classes, workshops, events, digital content, and shared spaces, depending on the membership tier selected. Membership benefits, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.

Membership is intended for personal use only and is non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older. Certain classes, events, or offerings may have additional age requirements or eligibility restrictions, which will be clearly stated.

By enrolling, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Payment & Billing

• Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan selected).

• Payments are processed automatically through the payment method on file.

• You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current.

• Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of membership access.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Memberships may be canceled at any time unless otherwise specified by the plan.

• Cancellations must be completed prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

• No refunds are issued for partial months, unused classes, missed events, or digital content already accessed.

• One-time events, workshops, and special programs may have separate cancellation and refund policies.

HōM Healing Center reserves the right to offer discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis but is not obligated to do so.

6. Community Conduct & Expectations

HōM Healing Center is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Members agree to:

• Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect

• Honor personal boundaries and consent at all times

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or disruptive behavior

• Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by others within group settings

Violation of these standards may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

7. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

HōM Healing Center provides educational, experiential, and wellness-focused services, which may include breathwork, meditation, mindfulness practices, somatic awareness, creative expression, and self-exploration exercises.

Important:

• Services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal care.

• Facilitators are not acting as licensed medical or mental health professionals unless explicitly stated.

• You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after participation.

Participation is voluntary, and you acknowledge that emotional or physical responses may arise during certain practices.

8. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

By participating in HōM Healing Center offerings, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with physical movement, emotional exploration, breathwork, and group activities.

You agree to release and hold harmless HōM Healing Center, its owners, facilitators, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Medical & Mental Health Responsibility

You affirm that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the activities offered. You agree to consult a qualified healthcare provider if you have any concerns regarding participation.

If you have a medical condition, mental health diagnosis, or are pregnant, you agree to disclose this when relevant and to modify or refrain from practices as needed.

10. Photography, Video & Media Release

HōM Healing Center may photograph or record classes and events for promotional or educational purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for your likeness to be used unless you provide written notice opting out prior to the event.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided by HōM Healing Center, including but not limited to class materials, recordings, worksheets, branding, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of HōM Healing Center.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

12. Changes to Membership & Terms

HōM Healing Center reserves the right to modify membership offerings, pricing, schedules, or these Terms at any time.

Members will be notified of material changes when reasonably possible. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination by HōM Healing Center

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at our discretion for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or behavior that disrupts the community or safety of others.

Termination does not entitle the member to a refund.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which HōM Healing Center operates.
