I’m a 200-hour certified yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. Yoga became a cornerstone in my own journey of healing and self-discovery. What began as a physical practice soon transformed into a deeper connection to myself - one that brought clarity, peace, and strength through life’s challenges.

After nearly a decade of personal practice, I bring compassion, authenticity, and gentle guidance to every class I teach. My goal is for each student to leave feeling refreshed, centered, and empowered - more in tune with who they are and the calm within them.

Morning Yoga

Morning Yoga is an all-levels class focused on using continuous, rhythmic breathing to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and deepen mind–body awareness. This guided practice supports emotional regulation, mental clarity, and energetic balance through intentional breath patterns.
