Deirdre began her yoga journey in 2014 and quickly fell in love with the practice’s ability to calm the mind and strengthen the body. Certified through Wildwood Yoga/Joy of Yoga, she blends mindful movement and stress-relief techniques into her classes. Her mission is to help students build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and carry a sense of calm beyond the mat.

My Classes
Hatha Flow
Hatha is often translated as “ha” (sun) and “tha” (moon), symbolizing the union of opposites and the cultivation of balance within ourselves. As a foundational system of yoga, Hatha includes the practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) to bring harmony to the body and mind, preparing us for deeper practice.
In this class, we blend traditional Hatha principles with the fluidity of Vinyasa. Breath is intentionally linked to movement as we flow through sequences to build heat, strength, and flexibility. We then pause in stillness to refine alignment, deepen awareness, and explore more static holds. The pacing balances steady flow with mindful pauses.
This class is open to all levels, offering accessible options and opportunities to grow your practice with intention, balance, and breath.
