I aim create spaces where you’re allowed to slow down, feel what’s real, and reconnect with yourself in ways that actually fit your life.

Connected Breathwork

Connected Breathwork is an all-levels class focused on using continuous, rhythmic breathing to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and deepen mind–body awareness. This guided practice supports emotional regulation, mental clarity, and energetic balance through intentional breath patterns.

I teach the classes I wish I’d had - practices that support growth without forcing it. My approach is gentle, practical, and experience-led, inviting you to explore at your own pace and take what’s useful for you.

Embodying Her: Women’s Circle is an all-levels, facilitator-led gathering that creates a supportive space for connection, reflection, and shared experience among women. Through guided discussion, intentional practices, and community sharing, participants are invited to explore identity, emotion, and embodied wisdom.

Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation is an all-levels class designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and mental clarity through gentle, instructor-led visualization and awareness practices. This class helps quiet the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate present-moment focus.

Embodying the Whole

Embodying the Whole: Guided Journaling is an all-levels reflective class designed to support self-awareness, emotional integration, and personal insight through thoughtfully guided writing prompts. This practice encourages participants to explore thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences with curiosity and compassion.
