Chair Yoga is a supportive low-impact yoga class using a chair to encourage ease flexibility balance and relaxation. The practice includes seated stretches gentle twists mindful breathing and guided meditation to help reduce tension support joint health improve circulation and calm the nervous system. Suitable for all levels especially seniors office workers or anyone seeking a gentle accessible practice.

Night Yoga

Night Yoga is a deeply restorative practice that blends elements from multiple yoga styles to support nervous system regulation, mental wellness, and full-body release. Using slow, supported movement, breathwork, and calming mindfulness practices, this class is designed to help you unwind from the day and gently let go of stored tension.
